I've received 2 unable to attend messages and a maybe reply. One bootstrapper mentioned that he was planning to attend the LISA conference ( Systems Administration Conference: http://www.usenix.org/events/lisa02/ ) and suggested that "Perhaps an Unrev BOF at several Usenix Conferences is worth the effort."
I'm still interested in holding a BA or KM related Birds of a Feather get-together at USENIX '02, interest depending.
