    Eric,

    In another letter, I sent a link to a summary of the 14 points (which is
    beginning to take on Wilsonian dimensions). Was hoping we might discuss this
    stuff on the phone, but it can wait until tomorrow.

    It only takes a click to pop an item to summary, but I was hesitant because KM
    is complex, and sometimes this fact is not appreciated, with the result that we
    rush ahead without really being aware of nuance that impacts the ability to get
    where we want to go.
