    The paragraph below that got snipped was the important one... all of the
    successful open source projects that I'm involved in use fast-paced
    communicaton tools. Loads of email on multiple list-servs (with web
    archives) and IRC channels.

    My only beef with this list is the spam at the bottom of every message.
