This is not relevant to the topic of this thread, but I think it's
important to note for the record that this statement is not correct.
Translation (or transcoding, as the case may be) is necessary for all
documents, XML-based or not. Just being in XML does not mean that the
document has the structure necessary to support all the features of the
OHS.
