    that proposes that all journal articles be made public on the web after 6
    months. Science Magazine took issue with some details of the proposal.
     
    In any case, the notion that web collaboratories and XML Topic Maps would
    benefit in profound ways from such an occurrence makes this web site worth a
    visit.
