    Eric,

So are you looking for a startup idea?  I have several in mind (one's that match all your keywords), and ways to justify profitability.  Basically there is nothing stopping me from approaching VC's (besides knowledge of VC's), or seeking money in other ways, such as government funding.  The reasons that I have been delaying, are that I have a prior commitment which should be taken care of by mid October, and that I felt that I need (or needed) a better prototype to get the attention of whomever.

So if your abilities to provide startup-consultation include abilities to find funding, then I would be very happy to seek your collaboration as a guide.  It would be great to have someone with experience, and similar interests on my side.

In fact, even if TG is not the project that you are looking for, I would still very much appreciate some tips on how proceed with implementing this type of technology as quickly as possible (while hopefully extracting some personal gain as well).  Currently my ideal vision is to get government funding, which would ensure that this project stays open source, and at the same time allow multiple people to be involved full time.

Thanks a lot, and I look forward to hearing from you,
