I agree, your absolutely right!!! I can meet today, if you and others want to.
Also, I'm interested in your free Exhibits pass offer to network with open-source
developers at the Linux Conf. about the importance of our sourceforge project.

We need to continue to meet on a routine basis, since the effective team leader
to emerge is usually a social architect who understands the interaction of
organizational and behavioral variables and can foster a climate of active
participation and minimal dysfunctional conflict. This requires carefully
developed skills in "bootstrapping" self-directed teamwork. Further, proper
leadership can create an environment of high concern for the financial well-being
of people, their families and work, including fostering personal motivation and
enthusiasm for the OHS/DKR project and a willingness to establish open, effective
communication channels. These actions promote member involvement, commitment, and
decision-making which are crucial for self-directed team processes to function

Moreover, the complexities of "bootstrapping" our open-source business
environment and its OHS/DKR project have steadily increased, both in work and
organizational dimensions, requiring strong multidisciplinary job skills,
evolving solutions, innovation, cross-functional teamwork and decision-making,
intricate multi-company alliances and highly complex forms of work integration.

Incidentally, I need to talk to you and Doug about making a "sales pitch"
response to an inquiry for possible seed money from an angel investor. His name
is G. John Kuipers of G.J. Holdings International (925-550-2652).
