Ahh. A little light. Okay, plink currently will add statement IDs each
time it's run. I'll have to modify it to ignore statement IDs and only
update hierarchical IDs. For version 1.0 (or whatever I end up calling
it) I'll only recommend it be used as a first-pass tool until I get
this new feature implemented.
