Get MajorDomo to remove duplicates?

Just got off the phone after a wonderful 
discussion with Eugene. We were lamenting
the fact that duplicate messages are 
delivered when we use "Reply All" and
he mentioned that maybe Majordomo 2.0
is smart enough to remove addresses from
the list that are already in the To: or
CC: or BCC: headers.    (01)

Or maybe it might be possible to add a filter
on the output side that would drop such
duplicate messages.    (02)

Eugene's major concept, with was worth
capturing imo, is that we are a bootstrapping
community of developers, and that we should
evolve the tools we use in the ways that help
us identify and use "best practices".    (03)
