This article is a good introduction to social informatics, a discipline that
studies Information Technology within its social context. This relates to
Doug's concept of co-evolution.

One part of the article compares the introduction of Lotus Notes at
PriceWaterhouse and Ernst and Young. It shows how it (partly) failed at
PriceWaterhouse and why.
