Here are comments on the question in your letter on 001027 about how SDS
approaches action items. I agree that you should not have to go hunting up
stuff, although inevitably in a connected environment, contemplated by the
notion of "knowledge," people will bump into issues they feel require
attention. Basically, if I have questions, it is my job to tap people on the
shoulder and ask them. In legalese this is called giving notice. Anyway, see
