    Of course we are working on it. If you remember Doug`s Augmentation System,
    Japan's challenge I believe is in human system side. This proposal of the
    information technology only addresses technology side and somebody need to
    augment it with Human side, thus Bootstrap Alliance Japan, but yes I admit,
    human side goes frustratingly slow.
