Its a little out of date but when this discussion was going on
at hyperreal, some of us helped put together the following pages:

It includes links to all the software we knew of at the time that
had or were decent ssh clients. I personally use Secure CRT for win32,
a commercial app, but last I checked in on the free ones, sCRT was
my clear choice. I ssh into virtually box I work on these days as
most every admin is closing off telnet and most would like to kill FTP
but can't quite yet.
