We do/did in theory, but in truth, it's a process that we're evolving
right now. We're currently in the process of developing and refining our
requirements and design documents.

Nope, not your fault at all. We're still in ramp-up phase, and it'll take
us a while to get all of this stuff done, but we're working on it, and
we'll welcome any help. How'd you hear about this project?
