Basically, several of us had one-on-one design discussions with Doug to
try to come to a common understanding of what our respective pictures
were. Two summaries are still pending (*ahem* Grant, Lee :-).

This is very interesting stuff. When I release the a2h code, you'll see
some notes on Augment and OHS linking.
Forgot to mention in my last e-mail: Nicholas has developed a great design
for the OHS web pages, which we'll hopefully get up relatively soon. And
I know that Sheldon has been mocking up some images of what the system
might look like, something that I'm really looking forward to seeing.
As I said in my previous e-mail, we haven't done a great job of
synthesizing and explaining a common vision and set of goals, and we're
working towards doing that right now. But in the meantime, pieces are
still getting done. You can help the whole project by understanding the
previous discussion, and by adopting a piece of the project right now that
you'd like to, at the very least, discuss and understand, and at the most,
design and implement. But you have to take the bull by the horns.
