Purple v0.4 released

I just released Purple v0.4.  Changes include:    (01)

    * Deprecated "sid" and "loc".  Now uses "nid" and "hid", the terms
      that Murray and I agreed on.    (02)

    * Added a mode to display just the NIDs without the HIDs.    (03)

    * Various tweaks and bug fixes.    (04)

For v0.5, I plan on adding an XSLT script to generate XSL/FO, which in
turn can be used to generate PDF files.  I'm also planning on adding a
rules file for adding NIDs and HIDs to OPML.    (05)
