I see issues of personhood, mind-wars & crime, legislation to
prevent that, slavery, control of illness like Parkinson's and
schizophrenia etc (Parkinsons has been controlled by inserting
electrodes in surgical processes in France. Not a complete cure
but good for a long time.).
The atrophication of hands and arms...
