For Mac and Windows users. Kind of expensive, but has a free demo you 
can download. It has no collaborative features, but it does have a 
fairly extensive export to HTML so it may be useful for generating 
pages in conjunction with a Wiki.    (02)

It looks pretty good, but hasn't compelled me to start using it.    (03)
