Tasini vs the New York Times, about whether the NYT gets full
electronic rights automatically included when they buy first
serial rights.

I imagine OHS and "snippet" users will be fairly far down the
list of litigation defendants, even if the writers' rights
are upheld. Google would probably be sued first, for caching
the whole text of web pages.
