Let me clarify this further. a2h currently places converted documents in
http://www.bootstrap.org/a2h/, using an Augment-like naming convention.
Henry will most likely link to some of those documents in the URL provided
above. However, many of the documents that will be converted are not
published papers, but documentation and unpublished design notes. It
would be great to have someone assume an editor-like role to create
indexes for these documents, so that people can easily scan these
documents for relevant information.
