    There could be a mutual interest for co-developing and testing on UC
    Berkeley's wireless CITRIS projects. Perhaps, Doug can discuss will Tom Kalil
    (former president Clinton's science and technology advisor) now at UC
    Berkeley as an advisor to the vice chancellor for developing CITRIS projects?
