The way things are currently, I would say memes.net would still benefit
from purple numbers. The problem is the note/node comments, which are
attached to the note/node rather than created as separate note/nodes with
some type of relationship to the original note/node. If every comment
were addressable by node ID, then I'd probably consider them
notes/nodes granular enough for starters.
