Approach
- Define XML schema for target docs, create translators
- Publishing: WebDAV server (ZOPE?, Apache?),
eventually add CVS or other version control
- Views: Proxy (WBI?, Servlet+XSL?) translates

- Actions & filters: associated with document
lifecycle examples: validate, compile, spell check
